Weaving technique from the Yves vine reached the present day from ancient times, when there were no computers, and people were small, but the weaving from the vine was transferred and generation to generation, so this art is known to us, contemporary people. Many people may seem that weaving from the rods is very difficult, but in fact there is nothing hard in it. Some craftsmen flew wonderful crafts from IV roths. On the presented master class, I will tell you how to burst a basket of kashpo for flowers from IV roths.
You can harvest the IV rods for weaving from mid-August, until the end of September. The longest twigs are cut, the leaves are scored. It is advisable to start weave the basket immediately, because the rods will dry quickly and become brittle. But the green rods are very elastic, it's easy to breast, which is wonderful when weaving.
So, the rods stuck, we begin the weaving baskets of Kashpo. We take five long yav rods, fold together and we connect the middle of the rods, the ends are laying out in different directions. As in the photo. We take the sixth rod, the thin end to its end to the overall outlet and begin to weave.
Just do the sixth rod between the rest of the rods first at the top, then below, and so in a circle. When the main rod end, carefully wake up the thin end of another rod around his remaining end and continue to weave an extensive rod in a circle.
When the bottom is ready, select the desired container at which you will be tired of the basket. I chose a deep plastic basin, turned it upside down the bottom, woven the blank laying over the bottom and continued weaving. It is very important after each laid a circle of weaving well tighten the axial rods, otherwise the weaving is not durable and with holes, and we do not need it.
Gradually ending the desired height of the porridge baskets, remove it from the selected container and turn down the bottom. Next, it remains only to cut the central axes of the rods at a distance of 5 cm from the basket, bend them down and wept in the walls of the basket. So we finish weaving. Try to tighten the axial rods well, otherwise the basket may dismiss.
Then we put the basket of Cachebo on the solar place (I placed on the shelf on the street under the roof) to dry the basket and darkened. Next, cover it with a varnish of a tree - and that's all, a wonderful basket from IV rods is ready. For the strength, I traveled to it a wire along the entire circumference, attached thin chains. At the end put Lobelia in her and hung. Here is a beauty!
By the way, if you are interested in weaving, then I recommend to see the master classes in other types of weaving from unusual materials, namely:
