Waste place must be at any dacha.After all, all kitchen waste with 
we can become an excellent fertilizer. Therefore, we decided to build a special closing pit for all sorts of garbage.
Composters are usually suitable on the surface of the soil. And we, as the plot on the hill, decided to do otherwise. They dug a deep hole, posted it on a third depth of brick and on the surface of the earth - they were edged with two rows of bricks. Since for ripening, the oxygen needs oxygen, at the base of the pit on two sections of the rail 50 mm thick, a metal fine-eyed grille was laid.
Through it, from the bottom of the composter, they conducted a plastic pipe with a length of equal to the entire height of the pit, - the air penetrates under the grid. And so that raindrop and melt, water and mice do not fill in it, the nest is not fired in it, a metal hatch with swinging flaps was installed on the brick base.
In the pit we reset the kitchen waste, performing grass, fallen leaf, plant residues with beds and from greenhouses. Garbage with sawdust, ash and dolomite flour. And close the hatch. In winter, the hatch fell in snow, and by spring compost is almost ready. In such a repository there are not even flies.
