Water in the well is at a depth of 12 m. The gate or crane for lifting buckets with water under these conditions was not suitable. Therefore, almost immediately, we have electrified the water: we lowered the "baby" type into the well. Instead of the hose, it was led by a pipe with a diameter of half the yield, and for cleaning water from small impurities, the system was equipped with a coarse filter system. So that the water in the pipe does not freeze, the well insulated.
After a few years, the construction of the water pipeline continued: from the underground of the house (at a distance of about 1 m from the foundation) to the well, the trench was digging with a depth of 2.5 m, the base was unluckled with a non-woven material, covered with sand and put the supply pipe with a diameter half. Then, breaking through the hole in the concrete ring, connected it through a M-shaped pipe T tube from the pump. The supply pipe was covered with sand, covered with nonwoven material and duck up soil. More powerful insulation is not required: the earth does not freeze in such a depth, and in the subfield, where the pipe goes to the surface, even in the 35-degree frost, the temperature is maintained at a plus level 5-7 °.
The supply tube is connected to a 24-liter hydroaccumulator, which creates pressure of 2 atm., And from the hydroaccumulator there is a laying of water pipes throughout the house.
Although occasionally, but we have interruptions with electricity, the pump, naturally, does not work. In order not to remain without water, in the attic I installed the backup container from aluminum by 1.5 tons of water, which is completely updated once a month. The capacity was placed in a wooden box and insulated: poured onto the bottom and between the walls of the sawdust layer 70-80 cm. And from above, the box was closed with a dense insulating material with a thickness of 10 mm, which also poured sawdust (15-20 cm). And the water in the winter does not freeze. Water from the tank is fed under a pressure of 1 atm. With this in mind, we acquired a washing machine and other household appliances.
