One of the final stages of construction of any building is a device blind area. It's not just a way to protect the building from rain water, and the foundations of subsidence, but also an important element of improvement of the adjacent territory. Usually, the device is proceeded after finishing the facade or at the end cap trim.
In order to justify the blind area its main purpose, it must be made of waterproof material with the observance of certain rules. Its correct device provides load shedding on the waterproofing underground part of the building and thus prolongs its life, why put it off it in the closet is not necessary.
Any blind area require preliminary training ground. No matter what material is expected to perform her cover, the soil should be cleaned from top soil and carefully compacted. This is especially important for a house built on heaving soils.

When building, the scene should follow the following rules:
1. In order for the water to get away from the house, the scene is stacked with a bias from the building. The bias must be at least 2%. And although it is almost impaired, nevertheless guarantees the water lead from the base.
2. There is a gap between the breakdown and the wall to protect the walls from damage during the sediment of the scene. The compensation seam is filled with polystyrene foam, sand, polyurethane sealant. Sometimes two layers of rubberoid are sufficient.
3. On the perimeter of the scene digging grooves for drainage or laid special gutters that look much more aesthetic.
4. The width of the scene is accepted by 20 sshmir the projection of the roof of the roof on the ground, but not less than 60 cm.
If the device of the scene is performed with a violation of these rules, then, unfortunately, the consequences are already very soon found: cracks, chips, destruction of individual sections, which will adversely affect the conditions of operation of the building.
