Naturally, to return everything to its place, you will have to break the old fence and build a new one, but already for all the rules.

What are the foundation tasks for the fence:

Hold the design in a given position.
Equally distribute the load on the perimeter of the structure.
Possess the strength and stiffness of each separate fence section so that it does not "sat down" and did not destroy.

In order for the fence to serve several dozen years in a row, it is necessary to lay the foundation not deeply, and the thickness of the foundation is calculated in accordance with the materials and designer decision. In any case, the foundation will be able to withstand both light designs and heavy. A strong fence, built on the foundation, is not afraid of any loads. If you do not like the foundation too much, it can be bred by any building material, for example, clinker or ceramic tiles.

Types of foundation

The thickness of the fence does not matter, everything depends on the base, that is, the foundation. Consider Types:

What is a ribbon foundation? This is a dumped trench around the perimeter of the site, which is pre-inserted metal bars (supports). The trench is poured concrete. From how correctly you will do everything and will depend on the final result, namely the stability of the base of the fence to the loads and weather conditions.

An excellent option is a small-breeding foundation in the form of a tape (abbreviated abbreviation MZL). The advantage is that it is necessary to build such a base for the fence above the ground freezing point, then you can cope with the works much faster.

How to lay a foundation:

we make markup - if you focus on the facade of the building, then right on the soil you need to read the straight line. If there is a different object nearby (road, nozpostroy, etc.), then the line is diagnosed parallel to the object;
we install pegs and stretch the rope;
we prepare the site - equalize the sublime places (remove the part of the soil), we carry out the planning;

If the height of the fence is up to 1 m, then the depth of the foundation must be at least 10 cm, it is at a minimum. The technology of the construction is the same, only under the brick columns, you need to additionally make holes that are poured with a liquid solution for reliability, and then reinforced with wire (reinforcement).

How to prepare the foundation yourself:

if you want the foundation to be higher than the soil level, then it is necessary to make a formwork on a plot required by height and width;
we make marking with maximum accuracy so that each column is located apart at the same distance. Material for pillars can serve as a brick, wood or metal pipe. But the most important thing is that the distance between each span is the same;
wells need to be prepared by adhering to the rules of drilling (the technology "TISE" or "heel"). What does it mean? At the bottom of the pit there should be an extension to be formed so that the pillar will be firmly sitting and not moving;
it is important that the brick pillars do not overlap access to the solution. Get the opportunity to cement to fill all the space at the bottom of the well. To do this, you just need to raise a bit of the pillar when you fill only the first layer;
in the prepared deepening, it is necessary to insert the reinforcement so that it looks out of a well of 30 cm;
supports need to be installed not just, but to check the correctness using the construction level;
fall off the well first with a layer of rubble, compact and fill with a layer of concrete. Then the next layer and so to the top. You can do otherwise and immediately knead the solution along with the stone;
after installing posts for the fence, you can begin to the next step: the construction of the grill is concrete tape, which will allow connecting columns to each other. Make a concrete base for the fence in two ways: over the soil and under it;
if you want to lay the base on the soil, then you need to remove the upper layer of the Earth (10 cm) and to align the bottom of the prepared trench, to the ravarity of it and then need to tie out the reinforcement and lay the formwork;
if you want to make the foundation over the soil, then you need to mount the formwork (width and height at your discretion), to bandage metal bars in the formwork and the well, and only after that you can fill the base with cement.

Stone foundation is also built by the type of ribbon base, only there is difference - instead of concrete, large stones are stacked in the trench, which then need to pour the cement solution.

To understand how much a cement solution is needed, you need to multiply the width and the length of the foundation to the height, plus add a little on the shrinkage when sealing. For the preparation of the solution, there will be more sand (2 parts) and rubble (2 parts), and the cement itself (1 part). Mix the components using concrete mixer or manually.

What should be brick? It is best to buy a red ordinary brick so that then it was not necessary to cover it with a layer of plaster. You can buy a facing brick and embody the most bold ideas in reality. By the way, pay attention to the frost resistance of the building material, it is better to immediately buy only high-quality materials and build a fence for many years.

In addition to bricks, it is necessary to prepare a pre-small crushed stone (fraction from 5 mm), fittings, plasticizer, cement and sand. Do not save on materials, since this will depend on the duration of the operation of the brick fence.
