Husband and daughter have become accustomed to that in the process of cleaning I admire interesting varieties, the convenience of organic farming, I am glad for the ecology of our garden, which is formed without the participation of chemistry. Despite the fact that the ridges became narrow (70 cm), and broadcasts are wide (50 cm), we did not lose at all in the crop. Moreover, gradually reduced the area under vegetables and came to the optimal version for our family: one beds were distinguished by different greenery, beets and mixed sowing (peas, garlic, dykon, broccoli), two onions together with carrots and cabbage. Vegetables get in excess: a family of three people do not eat for the winter of 12 buckets of carrots, 8 - beets, and 60 cabbage forils.
Locked in the drawers with beautiful rows of dried vegetables will go into a neatly spam basement, and we still have time to grow "green fertilizer" on the just freed beds: peas, beans, white mustard or oats. Even the Swan, the seeds of which I collect the garden of the garden are suitable for Siderats. To the snow, she will have time to grow no more than 10-15 cm. Strong frosts kill gentle leaflets of this annual weed, and under the snow, an organic layer is formed, which, decaying, nourishes worms and microorganisms. The nettle and dandelion do not completely smelter, we leave someone in the corns. We prepare from them the infusion of "Pita" for the compost heap: passing, it accelerates waste decomposition and compost maturation. A bunch, while rustles, not empty: I grow a smile variety pumpkin on it, unusually beautiful, with portion (up to 2 kg weighing) orange fruits. Pumpkins last summer was so much that they distributed familiar.
On a pile with "violet", they also sow cucumbers. The compossess of us with an area of \u200b\u200b1.0 × 2.5 m and a height of 1 m, so there are enough space for 15 bushes. We have more than in recent years and do not grow, since several crop hybrids picked up: Patti, Priaudonna, Claudia and Othello. As a result, thanks to the compost pile, the garden decreased another bed, labor costs decreased, it remains more time to implement my ideas for garden design.
