This document was created in the USSR in order to monitor the sanitary condition of beekeeping farms, regardless of their forms of ownership and size.

This document contains such basic information:

• personal data of the apiary: FULL NAME and address;
• location of the beekeeping economy;
• number of bee families;
• dates when previous an apiary inspections were held;
• sanitary and epizootic state of the economy;

• the closing date of the beekeeping enterprise.

The design of the passport of the apiary must comply with generally accepted standards:

1. First of all, the document should receive the signature of the main veterinary inspector of the district or city.
2. Then it is necessary to assure the paper to print the public administration to combat animal diseases.
3. The passport is assigned a sequence number, which is celebrated in the magazine of the district or urban representation of the above service.
4. To present this document when performing the following operations:

• during the sale, purchase or exchanging of wax raw materials or beekeeping products;
• during the export of bees for sale;

3. The temporary framework of superimposed quarantine with an indication of the state body that has taken this decision.
4. The signature and the position of person who conducted a check.

The 4th section includes the following data:

1. The indication of the material in which pathologies were identified, as well as the results of laboratory tests and the diagnosed diagnosis.
2. The name of the medical institution, the sequence number of the examination, therapeutic recommendations.
3. Position and signature of a responsible person.

In the 5th section, there are paragraphs:

1. Necessary therapeutic and preventive processing of hives, disking disinfection. All events are held in accordance with the recommendations of the veterinarian and under its control.
2. An indication of the office of the employee of the State Service, his signature.

Obtaining an apiary veterinary passport
