One day in the fall, being in the forest, drew attention to beautiful bushes with soft lilac flowers. There were many of them, they grew up in a lowland where the water accumulated after the rain. Derbennik (and it was precisely he) loves water very much, so it grows along the banks of the rivers and even in water. Reaches a height of 80-100 cm.
One of the bushes I brought into my garden and planted in a pre-fertilized land. The place chose in half. For the winter, the stalks covered at an altitude of 20 cm, the rhizome covered with leaves. The next year, the bush was tried to grow and bloomed by the summer.
I noticed if the plant before flowering is filing with a cow or complex fertilizer, it will be particularly lush. Best of all, the Derbennik grows and blooms in the sun, in a half-day flowering is somewhat weaker, it does not bloom in the shade at all.
The Derbennik, Irolet, perfectly winter without any shelter, and, where it grows, that is, in dry ground, and in the revengery soil, and
in water. Nice tolerate and return freezing. Even even it will make it, it will quickly grow.
In a sunny place, young shoots slightly pinkish. In the fall, the plant becomes even brighter: and the stem, and the leaves are painted in red.
Seeds are ripening in autumn, they sow them under winter or in spring, in April-May, while the soil is maintained wet. Seeded seedlings at a distance of 30-40 cm.
Breeders brought a number of Derbennik varieties. Their overall difference from species is less growth, more inflorescences on one bush, and blooming varietal plants at an earlier age. Their inflorescences are painted in different shades of pink.
Very beautiful Derbennik in group landings, decorate any composition. The most advantageously looks with autumn astrams, mountaineers, aconitites and loyabers.
