From this time, any company operating in this area in order to receive an order and in a row to work must be a member of a self-regulating organization. The main goal of creating a SRO is to improve the quality of the work performed. The mechanism of impact consists in the principle of "circular paper": a self-regulating organization is paid for the disadvantages of the specific firm. For this, the compensation fund is formed from all members of the SRO. An exception to the SRO leads to the collapse of the company, the fall of its ratings and to the abandonment of cooperation with it.

The procedure for joining the SRO of the sizes is associated with the collection of the package of the following documents:
1. Notarized copies of constituent documents, if we are talking about legal entities, in particular, TIN, OGRN, registration certificate, charter, founding contract, an extract from an incorporation, it should be noted that it is valid for no more than two weeks;
2. Information on leaders, protocols of decisions on the appointment of the Director, Deputy, Chief Accountant, certified copies of passports, formations on education;
3. The Protocol of the decision to join the self-regulating organization;
4. The rental agreement or ownership of its availability;
5. Information about company specialists, indicating their posts and copies of documents on education and advanced training;
6. Information on the material and equipment and equipment available to the Company necessary to fulfill work;
7. Contact information about the company: Legal address, email address, site address or other Internet resource, as well as details and bank accounts;
8. Information on the types of work performed and the services provided in accordance with the SRO classifier.
In addition, upon receipt of admission, it is necessary to pay all the required contributions:
- contribution to the SRO compensation fund;
- membership fee.
